Who we are

Builders, not consultants.

One mission brought the three of us together: new organisational architectures, the ones that let you thrive in the AI transition. Three decades of systemic organisational development, facilitation and venture building, now in service of this transition. Meet your partners.

Marcus Druen

Marcus Druen

Founder · Organisational Architect

In the room: he names the elephant. For a decade his job was to sit in high-stakes leadership team situations and say what the room was not saying. He builds Challenger House because the pattern repeated everywhere: the system slows the very people it hired to move fast. His craft is making the unwritten explicit, so a team can build what it finds.

  • 25 years of organisational development, facilitation and executive coaching.
  • Inside the leadership systems of Microsoft, Telefónica, Sanofi and E.ON.
  • Designed and led the E.ON Sprint, including the three-day Residency.

Will challenge you on treating AI as another tool rollout.

André Cramer

André Cramer

Human & AI Capability Bridge Builder

In the room: he takes the team through the process and makes it safe enough to go further than they planned. His work sits where the technology meets the people using it: what AI does to judgment and decision quality, and how a leadership team stays in charge of both. He developed the Plausibility Illusion framework and the cognitive-effects exercise that lets leaders feel how AI shifts their decisions before anyone explains why.

  • 25 years in technology, from Yahoo! in Silicon Valley to Deutsche Telekom.
  • Led Strategic Communications and the Think Tank for Telekom’s CTIO board member.
  • Keynote speaker on AI and human-centred leadership; curates the DRANBLEIBEN newsletter and podcast.

Will challenge you when you use AI to do the old things faster and call it progress, when the plausible answer wins because it arrived first, and when nobody is asking who cleans up the polished output.

Brittney Bean

Brittney Bean

Builder & Coder · Agentic Systems

In the room: she builds. What the team designs, she makes work, and she makes sure it survives procurement, legal review and IT governance afterwards. She gets more out of the tools a client already owns than the client knew was there, and she brings the frontier tools in alongside them. She never worked inside a corporation, which is why she still asks the questions insiders stopped asking.

  • Exited serial founder-operator.
  • Ships AI in regulated environments: security, compliance, data governance.
  • Runs autonomous agents daily on her own infrastructure.

Will challenge you to talk less, plan less, look at fewer slides, and get your hands dirty. Do it, do it together, learn fast.

Zone 03 / How we build

Everything we show you, we built ourselves.

All three of us use frontier AI every day: to draft, to code, to build the artefacts we put in front of you. None of us set out to be developers. AI collapsed the distance between having judgment and being able to build with it, and we took the invitation. Three things get built:

Bridges

To the AI frontier, translating what works there into what works inside your organisation.

Communities

Inside large organisations, because AI spreads the way trust does: person to person.

Products and experiences

Working software and agentic systems, and the leadership experiences that put them in your hands.

Zone 04 / Our heritage & network

New house, old foundations.

Three decades of systemic organisational development, adaptive leadership and venture building sit behind the three of us. That is the foundation we build on: the disciplines that have carried teams through hard change, now turned on the AI transition.

The three of us are the core of every house we co-build. Behind us stands a bench of AI instructors, agentic builders, coders and specialists, and we scale the crew when the build demands it.

Challenger House is a startup, deliberately, built on a plot with foundations already on it. We build from materials won over decades of transformation and venture work with:
