Organisational Architects

Builders,
not consultants.

One mission brought the three of us together: new organisational architectures, the ones that let you thrive in a post-AI world. Three decades of systemic organisational development, facilitation and venture building, now turned on the AI transition. Meet the people who will be in the room.

Zone 02 / Core contributors

Marcus Druen

Marcus Druen

Founder · Organisational Architect

He built Challenger House because the pattern repeated everywhere he looked: the system slows the very people it hired to move fast. His craft is making the tacit explicit and the messy middle visible, so a team can work with what it finds. He reads AI as an organisational design problem, not a tool problem, and does the inner work himself, because you cannot guide people through a transition you have not made.

  • 25 years in organisational development, facilitation and executive coaching.
  • Inside the leadership systems of Microsoft, Telefónica, Sanofi and E.ON.
  • Advisory work with ventures including Xempus and Desolenator.
  • Designed and led the E.ON 1-Day executive pilot.

Will challenge you on treating AI as a tool rollout.

André Cramer

André Cramer

Chief Learning & AI Experience Designer

His work focuses on what AI does to judgment and decision quality. He developed the Plausibility Illusion framework and a cognitive-effects model that lets leaders feel how AI shifts their decisions before they are taught why. A keynote speaker on AI and human-centred leadership, and curator of the DRANBLEIBEN newsletter and podcast.

  • 25+ years in tech, Silicon Valley (Yahoo!) through to Deutsche Telekom.
  • Led Strategic Communications and the Think Tank for the CTIO board member.
  • Co-founded a 500-person community for responsible technology.
  • Author of the Plausibility Illusion framework; designed the E.ON "Case" exercise.

Will challenge your rose-tinted glasses, your judgment of what AI is actually good for, and where the risks live.

The safety net: the person who makes sure what gets built in the room can survive procurement, legal review and IT governance. She stress-tests frontier tooling most AI consultancies have not heard of yet. No corporate background, and that is a feature, not a bug.

  • Exited serial founder-operator.
  • Ships AI in regulated environments: security, compliance, data governance.
  • Runs autonomous agents daily on her own infrastructure.
  • Builds the artefacts that survive procurement and IT governance.

Will challenge you to talk less, plan less, look at fewer slides, and get your hands dirty. Do it, do it together, learn fast.

Zone 03 / Our heritage & network

Three decades of systemic organisational development, adaptive leadership and venture building sit behind the three of us. That heritage is the foundation, not a recent addition: the same disciplines that have carried teams through hard change, now turned on the AI transition.

The three of us are the core configuration of every house we co-build. Behind us stands a global bench of AI learning instructors, agentic builders, coders and specialists, and we scale the crew when the build demands it.

Challenger House is a startup, deliberately. But we are not starting from a blank plot. We reuse, recompose and rebuild from materials won over decades of transformation and venture work with:
